How and when do i pay?
There is nothing to pay until delivery, cash is accepted at the doorstep upon delivering you order.

Are there specific delivery hours?
We deliver from Mon to Fri 8am-8pm, Sat 8am-1pm. We mainly deliver our bags after 5Pm to ensure all our customers are home.
What size are your bulk bags?
Our bulk bags are 1m cube. 100cm (h) x 100cm (w) x 100cm (d)
Can i collect my bulk bag?
Yes you can come to either our Benfleet, Dunmow or Ongar branch to collect, Appointment only.
Can you wheelbarrow and stack my order?
Yes our team can wheelbarrow your order and stack the wood into your log store for an additional £25 per bulk bag.
